Do you handle both residential and commercial plumbing?
We handle residential and light commercial.
Can you help with emergency plumbing issues?
You can call at any time if you need any advice on any emergency situation. We do not go out past 7pm or on weekends, but you can call or text if you need to speak with someone immediately. We have fielded several calls late in the evening where we can walk them through what to do until someone can get to their residence.
Do you offer drain cleaning or sewer line repair?
Yes, we offer drain cleaning and sewer inspections. We do not excavate however we can point you in the right direction to companies that can.
How do you charge for plumbing services—by the job or by the hour?
We charge by the job. We always tell you up front what the cost is, and regardless of if it takes 15 minutes or 4 hours your cost is the same as the one quoted.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we provide free estimates, and very often times can give estimates over the phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Check.
Are there extra fees for after-hours or weekend work?
We do not typically work on weekends or past 7pm during the week, but there is never any upcharge if that takes place.
How soon can you schedule an appointment?
Usually within the same week.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often times yes but it is not guaranteed.
What areas do you serve in Franklin and Jefferson counties?
We serve the entirety of Franklin, Jefferson and much of the surrounding areas.
How do I book a service call?
You can call, text or book online.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Do you guarantee your work?
We offer a one year warranty on all our work except for drain cleans.
What makes your company different from other plumbers in the area?
Communication and personal experience. You are not just another customer, and the only technicians we have are myself (Brian) and my son (Gabriel). When you call, you get the owner. When you text, you get the owner. The one plumbing in your home is the owner and a master plumber. We do offer occasional promotions. We also give a 10% discount to all military and first responders in honor of their service. We also offer a monthly or yearly service agreement package that can save you money.
